To use ORCA, you are firstly required to enter your PPA account number for verification before proceeding to the next steps.
Please note that PRS Members are eligible for one complimentary ORCA session per calendar year.

On this screen, you can browse through the list of available Financial Planners and view their detailed profiles (qualifications, experience, background, credentials, licenses held and other relevant information) before selecting the Financial Planner.
You will next be prompted to select a date and time slot for your consultation session.
Once the appointment is successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation message via email.
Each consultation session can only be attended by one PRS Member and the appointment cannot be made on behalf of another member.
In the event your selected Financial Planner cannot make the appointed time and date due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement Planner will be chosen by FPAM to attend your consultation session instead.
